This natural reserve, its entrance is a bit straight down Highway 2 in Ponce. If you want to spend time in contact with nature it is a good place. There is no entrance fee, but you must respect natural resources. There is a mangrove reforestation project, so try not to hurt them by crushing them with the car or method of transportation. There are no public or private bathrooms in the place, if you bring something to eat take your garbage from the place there are no garbage cans.
Admission is free. It's open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. all week, as Ponce residents live at the end of the Reserve. It's a great place to visit for hiking, photography, and nature viewing.

3 years agoThere is a trail. Must get to from north bound on ramp. Not safe without a 4*4. Not truly accessible for most people.
