Very comfortable space. It is quite clean and well equipped. The staff is very nice and nice people coworking. If you need super quiet it may not work. The phone booths are not soundproof.
If you are looking for a co-working space in Puerto Rico, look no further! BASE is a newly renovated building in Santurce with a clean and bright design. I come here at least once a week from Aguadilla and find my days at the office to be a refreshing break from WFH. The building hosts community activities and there are amazing restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
Whether you are a freelancer, own a business looking for an office, or are in PR for a workcation, I highly recommend this place.

First time working remotely at Base. Great atmosphere, awesome customer service. They even have a rooftop with outlets everywhere to charge your devices. 100% recommended.
I love working at Base, not only because the facilities are gorgeous and spacious, but because their staff is spectacular! They are helpful, in a great mood, and just over all efficient and awesome! My dog Paco is welcomed and I feel comfortable bringing him in when I do work at Base. Oh and they carry Ocean Lab beer on tap!
