We have been customers at Piloto 151 Santurce Suites since 2017. What an incredible facility, team, and family. Would recommend Piloto to anyone and everyone seeking to do business in PR.
Considered going here for the day but decided against it after a short phone call. Smaller location, private offices typically booked by members and a day pass only gets you a seat at an open table. Conference room is 50/hr and private offices are more, according to the receptionist. This didn't sound much better than a quiet cafe frankly.
Mediocre experience all around. Expensive day pass, no phone cubicles to use, minimal outlets, and very few open "tables" available for day pass users. There are many private rooms that are empty but locked (and you get yelled at if you try to duck in for a call!) Solid wifi, but overall probably would be better off at a cafe. One receptionist was lovely, another was weirdly aggressive about any and all questions.
Excellent and fast-to-respond client service. I had a problem with the website where members of Piloto can view images of their mail and order actions like shred, recycle, forward mail, etctera. I emailed Frances and Isabel at 2:19pm. That evening Isabel responded that they'll contact their IT person to handle my request. By the morning the issue was fixed. Amazing : )
