Such a good experience!! I came for an eye exam and new glasses. The doctor was so knowledgeable and so kind. You can tell he enjoys his job. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The office was clean and the glasses section has a lot of different options. Overall it’s 100/10.
Dr Ernesto Collazo and his entire team went above and beyond for me, I am new to PR but him and his team treated me like family gave me great exams in detailed, explained everything, upheld excellent cleanliness and maximum covid protocols for all safety.
Dr Ernesto even helped me get a referral I needed asap. Really, words can not explain this level of service I got. I recommend them 100% and will always go to them!
One of the best eye doctors I've ever seen. I have a relatively rare eye condition and always look for a specialist in an eye doctor. I've seen some of the best eye doctors in Boston and New York, and Dr. Collazo is at least on par if not better than them.
Very pleased to have come across Dr Collazo's office. His technician who performed the eye exams was also very professional and knowledgeable and both her and the Dr. had excellent bedside manners.
Could not recommend Dr Collazo more. Very surprised to have found such an excellent Dr in Puerto Rico and will not look elsewhere on the island from now on for all future eye check-ups.
