The company came to visit our house twice and everything seemed to be going well and optimistic. We got the estimates for the pricing and were talking about installing gates with a person of theirs. On the second visit they came to measure the gates. We agreed on the first estimate and got one or two emails promising to send contract later that day. Never happened. After multiple attempts at communicating, we wasted around 3 weeks with no communication to then after basically begging, be told project couldn’t be done until May.. if that was even the case. This came after expecting the project to start on late March per the company’s plan. I totally understand you can get busy but the straight ghosting is extremely unprofessional, specially when we are entering rainy season and time is critical, we could’ve been speaking to other companies. Little to no communication. If residential you probably won’t be priority.
