Book another Bus Line. Horrible experience for my wedding party. I booked with Gomez Bus Line around 4-6 months before my wedding. I thought the lack of communication in the emails would improve as the time got closer. It did not… not only did the communication get worse. The bus broke down twice getting to Rincon from SJU. Also the email sent me the itinerary and the map where they would be driving… the driver took the longest way possible. There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. The driver then proceeded to tell me that he could not make it to our Villa were the majority of the guests were staying on the day of the trip while he had all my guests on the bus. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Then one of the ladies of the company refused to take my call.. knowing they were in the wrong. She would only communicate with my mother in law. I’m not sure how this Bus Line has 4.5 stars. They should have zero. The lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service was the worst I have ever received. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
