I do not recommend this nail salon as I am very disappointed with the customer service. After getting my nails done there 3 times or more and getting the same shape, length, and similar colors every time, I was turned away with incomplete nails because the nail tech said she had an hour until her next appointment which was apparently with a customer who’s time and appointment was more valued than mine. I arrived on time and waited 15mins after my appointment time to be seated only to be told there wasn’t enough time for them to do my nails as I requested. I even provided a picture at the beginning of my appointment of what I wanted exactly. I pay good money for the services I receive and always tip dispute the fact that the various techs have made my cuticles bleed by hastily cutting or filing. It seems to make no difference in how I am treated by the staff and management. This is how loyal customers are rewarded?
I left the salon with shaped nails that still had the last gel tips I received on the ends and one exposed broken nail and was charged $16.
The customer service was not bad but it could get better. First, on Google says the mani/pedi combo costs $33 but on the phone and outside the store it says $35. Two dollars ain't much difference but that should be updated. Then, I was asked to wait in the car for my turn although the establishment did not have the max occupancy at the moment. Then, when I finally walked in, they told me to wait while "the manicurist cleaned the station" but guess what? She was still with her previous customer and when done, did not cleaned the station anyways. The service perse was nice and she was very friendly. My feet especially are now way softer and cuter now than they were when I walked in. I will ignore the comment she made about the yellow color I chose to be ugly hahaha. All the employees and customers were wearing masks and the place looked neat.
I come from the US and wanted to try this place. Things in PR are very different from the states. I felt a bit uncomfortable putting my feet up to the girls lap for pedicure, while getting my nails soaked. In the US your pedicure is completely done in a pedicure setting. I felt as the pedicure bowl and tools weren’t sanitized between each customer. I guess that’s how things work in PR
My wife and me go on vacation to Puerto Rico and she need her nails done and she went to pintauñas nails and salon, and she receive and amazing service
