I can’t recommend the 12-week Strength and Power program enough! The structure follows 3 phases at 4 weeks each, which is long enough to see real progress but not so long that it feels repetitive. The workouts are the ideal length (about 45–60 minutes) and are challenging in the best way! Definitely not too easy, but never overwhelming.
I loved that the program focuses on the basics where you can progressively add weight, while also mixing in fun accessory movements I normally wouldn’t do on my own. It kept things engaging and well-rounded.
What really sets this program apart is the trainer herself. She’s incredibly responsive and provides thoughtful, helpful feedback throughout. I also had the chance to do an in-person training session, and I was blown away by her deep knowledge of how the body works. She gave me small tweaks that instantly helped me feel the exercises more effectively – that level of expertise is rare and so valuable.
Overall, this program has made me so much stronger, increased my vertical and speed, kept me motivated, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

I not only see changes in my body, but I’ve learned so much about proper form and lifting in general. This was my first time with a trainer and taking working out seriously. Heather made it a phenomenal experience! She made me feel comfortable and provided all of the corrections and feedback I needed to get the most out of my workouts. I noticed physical changes in my body and feel stronger. She checked in just enough to hold me accountable but not too much where I would have been overwhelmed. I loved her positive energy her ability to shape the workouts to my wants/needs. Wish I could attend workouts in person!
I cant say enough great things about Heather. I have been strength training on and off for a decade, I went to see Heather to help me with my overall strength, form, and shedding some of the fluff. I have been working with her over a month now and am super impressed with how knowledgeable and encouraging she is. She has taught me so much about form, tempo, and overall things I had never know even with being in the gym for 10 years. She has such a fun and genuine personality, I have a lot of fun during our training session and look forward to them. I always leave her place feeling confident in myself and stronger.
Heather is the best! She's an exceptional trainer and the best I've ever worked with (I'm from NYC). Her method, knowledge, care, and personality make training with her not just impactful but also super fun. My friend and I do partner sessions and Heather is able to focus on both of our goals within each session, while once again, making training fun and educational. We've never felt stronger, more toned, and more energetic since we started working with Heather!
