They make you buy and provide their supplies!! Like an entire stack of pee pads and entire Rolls of paper towels. They did not return an entire paper napkin roll that was impossible to use on my small dog only which means they use the supplies that I bought for MY DOG on every other dog., also the entire stack of pee pads that I know my dog does not use yet are required for other dogs to use. A mandatory bath is $35 for an 11lb dog and a nail trim is $20. why is a nail trim almost the same price as the bath??? Why do I have to buy and provide supplies a dog daycare should already have and are using on other dogs other than mine ?? The videos they send are not personalized they are generic videos and are not daily. Maybe every other day or when you remind them. I paid $450 for a week stay at this establishment, I would assume the least they can do is return MY supplies for my dog or provide themselves the supplies they need to run a dog grooming/ daycare.
It was the first time our 9mo old Sato visited a daycare. They were so kind, and they sent me pictures that she was doing well. I loved the cameras and all the different areas for the animals. My baby was very happy at the end of the day. Thank you NovoPet!
