From the first moment I spoke to Kassandra from PRdise Pet Care, she gave me a sense of calm and knowing that I was leaving my dog with an animal lover. And so it was, both Kasandra and Axel were excellent in taking care of our Australian Shepperd. They continually sent me photos and videos of how our pet was having a good time. They really treat your pet as if it were theirs and they give it a lot of love from the moment they arrive. Dogs sleep in air conditioning and monitored by cameras which provides better security for them. Personally, I am very jealous of my pet and PRdise Pet Care fulfilled all my expectations and its flexibility in hours is a plus in this type of service. I recommend them 100% and I wish them the greatest of successes!!! Now our Laia has a new 5-star hotel for when we have to leave her for vacations. Thank you, Kassandra and Axel!!

The caregivers are very responsible. We communicated throughout the stay to check on them, and when we picked them up, my dogs were very happy and well cared for.
I definitely recommend the service and will be using it as a pet boarding spot for future visits.
