Pug Life Pet Hotel saved my life! I was on vacation with my dog and I had no one that could take care of him while I attended an event that didnt allow dogs. Koral took care of giving him the company and attention that my dog needed to be calm and well attended while I was unavailable. They even sent pictures and kept me posted to see that he was having a good time. I definitely felt I could trust Pug Life Pet Hotel with my fur baby that he was in good hands and I recommend everyone to try her services. Her services are excellent, and her space is safe and comfortable for your puppies needs!
Our fur baby, Cosmo, has stayed at Pug Life Pet Hotel a couple times and we love it! He has even stayed there with his friends! The pet sitters are so attentive, sweet, and they keep us informed with pictures and videos throughout his stay. We will definitely continue to use them as Cosmo's exclusive pet hotel.

On our last vacation we left my dog-niece, Mocca, with Titi Koral and it was THE BEST DECISION WE MADE. At home we have never wanted to leave our babies with anyone other than family, but since this was a family trip, we had to look for other alternatives.
Koral kept us up to date DAILY on Mocca's status. We received photos, videos and messages of his stay and it was clear that he was enjoying his care. There was no problem leaving it. He felt like he had known Koral and her husband all his life and we even included the grooming service for when we returned. It turned out beautiful and smelly! In short, we recommend it 200% and we will definitely use the services of Pug Life Pet Hotel again in the future. Thank you so much for everything, titi Koral!
I am very pleased with your services and with your displays of affection and attention to my Daisy, a sweet old lady who is the center of my life.
This time I was going on a trip and was very worried because I couldn't find a place that would meet the needs of Daisy, who is a bit of a "mañocita" (with many quirks) because she has always lived in an apartment, surrounded by family and my grandchildren.
Although she is not aggressive, other animals make her anxious, and she is terrified of cats. In my search, many places I called offered to care for her in a yard with other animals or in cages, which I had already done on other occasions, taking her in with illnesses and even a urinary tract infection because I didn't take her out to urinate and left her in the cage sleeping where she urinated.
At another place I called, they told me they were doing a "behavioral evaluation" because she had to be with other animals. Thank God Coral came into our lives, listening to me and looking for alternatives so our little girl would be well cared for.
I'm so grateful and know Daisy will spend more vacations with her and her beautiful family. Coral sent me frequent photos and messages so I could rest assured about her well-being. Daisy arrived healthy, looked happy, and was very well cared for. 🐶🐾💕
