Dropped my phone off for Zfold screen protector replacement at 3:30 pm the tech was kind and friendly said to give about 90 minutes. 2 hours later went to pick up they did not work on my phone . Ubreakifix requested more time,.at 6pm they said they were having technical issues in using careplus insurance so they couldn't use the insurance to cover repair.
Within 5 minutes the supervisor stepped in placed a screen protector and gave me my phone wet they were closing so they needed me to pay immediately I was told no warranty on screen protector there were bubbles on the screen I was being rushed to pay to leave the supervisor very rude unprofessional. He even said since I wasn't happy he'd rip off the new protector and not charge. I said my original factory protector now was off and it will void my warranty. I walked out of store with bubbles in my screen protector with no choice but not to pay.
Horrible experience. Next day more bubbles in screen protector. The correct screen protector for Zfold was NOT used.
Ricardo was incredible at the beginning. He didn’t know how to do the service after an hour. He figure it out us his resources and help me get my phone fixed. Incredible job. I will absolutely come back to this location. Thanks to Ricardo.
My Samsung Galaxy S22 cell phone screen was professionally replaced in an acceptable time period. Phone is working perfectly now without any visible verticle line issues. Only one comment in regards to the service. I was told that the final price of repair would include the replacement of the phone battery also. I have no indication that the battery was replaced. Documentation also doesn't indicate any replacement of it. Still, the programmed screen replacement work was accomplished satisfactory.
