The doctors were good and the therapists too, but I was there for more than 4 months for an appointment which I managed to insist on calling every day because of the horrible pain that I still have. I took 8 therapies. I was supposed to have an evaluation with the doctor. It is normal and the secretaries are aware. of the pain I had because I let them know at the end of my last therapy, they gave me my appointment to see the Doctor in 2 months. Something I didn't understand. If you know my situation and I let you know, you are not supposed to give me an appointment as soon as possible, 1 day, 2 days at the latest. When I asked the 2 secretaries who were at the reception, you are giving me an appointment for almost 3 months because it is at the end of the month. Yes, there is no space for what there is at the moment. It made me want to cry. I left and am currently looking for another Doctor because what is supposed to make me tell the pain to go away and come back the day before the appointment.
They have to be more empathetic at reception.
