I had an emergency on the day of my first visit, so I called responsibly to cancel. I was treated poorly, told I'd have to pay $20 if I rescheduled. I was forced to tell them I wouldn't reschedule and have to find another physical therapist. My experience before I was even a patient: terrible.

I'm delighted with the therapists in the Physical Therapy department; they're lovely, have a magic touch, and excellent teamwork.

I just left the initial visit and it was a success. The Dr. very professional and empathetic. It was very consistent with the waiting time, they practically called me at the agreed time. Everyone very friendly. Waiting for the therapies to see how it goes. Recommended. Update. My second therapy, delighted with the girls who assist you. They have a healing hand. They are very kind and so empathetic that it makes you happy to come from afar to here. Really, if you want to be pampered, you have to come here.

This place is to avoid at all costs. The complete lack of empathy on the part of the staff and the rude attitude of the doctor make the experience unpleasant. Instead of offering help, the doctor spends only a few minutes in the consultation, speaks in a derogatory manner, and does not even allow the patient to adequately explain his symptoms. It is more than evident that the main focus is profit, since the quality of care is minimal. The most worrying thing is that my experience is not unique; I know several people who have faced similar situations at this clinic. It is not only a lack of professionalism, but a lack of ethics in trying to take advantage of the vulnerability of patients. In short, my advice is to avoid this place completely.

My experience was horrible, I saw no improvement and because I don't have a private plan, if not Reforma, they treated me differently than someone who might have a private plan. I feel sad because even with how badly they spoke about that place, I decided to give it a chance, but it's true, the place is no good, you get even worse! I fell into that place and just because I explained to Luis, one of the people who give the therapies, he got upset, complained, and they refused to provide me with follow-up services for my therapies. Totally disgusted.
