A center that ostensibly provides care to a patient, only to inform the person accompanying them that there are no chairs for them and that they must leave and wait outside the facility, enduring the unbearable heat and standing, should not offer these services. A disabled patient needs to be accompanied and rest assured that the person accompanying them is not in danger. This center should be closed and not operating, as its primary motive is profit, not providing a service to the patient.
When you call to make an appointment, they don't inform you of their COVID-19 vaccination and testing protocol. They supposedly called me the day before and couldn't get through. I think calling the day before to inform them about something so important isn't practical. How do they know the person will have the opportunity to get tested overnight? Why do they assume the patient wants to be treated at a center that discriminates? I should have informed them from day one and canceled my appointment immediately. Medical access should not be conditioned on a test administered only to unvaccinated people. Vaccinated people are contagious and are also infected.
The treatment, starting with the appointment scheduling, registration, and the medical and therapist treatment, is EXCELLENT. I'm impressed with the quality of the human beings ♡♡♡♡ My father, brother, husband, and son share the same opinion since we all, for different reasons, coincided in receiving care at the same center!
Physical therapists, therapists, and receptionists all provide excellent service.
The therapy equipment needs to be updated. Parking is limited; arrive early for your appointment, or you'll have to park on the avenue.
