The pizza here is absolutely delicious! The dough is made with biga, a traditional Italian pre-ferment (a mix of flour, water, and a little yeast that ferments slowly). This process makes the pizza lighter, easier to digest, with a rustic texture and amazing flavor. You can really taste the difference!
The attention was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the ingredients taste fresh and high quality. The menu is unique and authentic, offering options that go beyond the usual.
Highly recommended if you’re in Calle Loíza and want to experience real artisanal pizza. 🍕🇮🇹
Just had pizza at Biga on Calle Loíza—absolutely incredible. The crust was perfectly charred, the ingredients fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Puerto Rico. If you’re a pizza lover, this spot is a must.
Stopped in because it was near my AirbNb and let me tell you the food is phenomenal…so much so that o have been back twice during my stay. The pizza is perfect crust and toppings and the pasta is just delicious. Definitely, don’t pass this up!
Absolutely loved this place! The pizza at Biga is on another level — super fresh ingredients, amazing dough, and that perfect crispy/chewy crust. You can tell everything is made with care.
The vibe is relaxed and stylish, great for a chill dinner or date night. Staff was friendly and service was quick. We tried a few pizzas and all of them were delicious, especially the ones with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto.
If you’re a pizza lover, this spot is a must while in San Juan. Can’t wait to go back!
Great place. Came here because a friend recommended it and reviews great! The place did not disappoint. We came mid afternoon on a Sunday, and luckily there was a spot to park in the back. We had pizza and chicken with asparagus. Both were delicious
