From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was something special — it’s more than just pizza, it’s an experience. The crust is perfectly airy and crisp, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and that smoky touch from the oven brings it all together. I’ve tried several pizzas, but my favorites are the Margherita and the Honey Pepperoni — that one is next level!
The atmosphere is just as amazing. Warm, lively, and full of good vibes. You walk in and forget the outside world — it’s all about great food, good music, and enjoying the moment.
The service? Outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Always present, never pushy.
And you must try the Basque cheesecake before you leave. It’s creamy, smooth, and absolutely delicious — the perfect way to end an unforgettable meal.
Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, again and again.
Pizza to go, one veggie and another of honey pepperoni, salad and tiramisu! Excellent flavor, my stomach felt so good after eating. Thank you for the excellent quality if the pizza and service!
A must! I’ve been coming to Puerto Rico for 15 years and have never thought to get pizza here, but I’m so glad I did. Easily in my top 5 restaurants in PR and one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I’ve had. I ended up coming twice during my most recent trip.
Everything I had here was so well made and delicious, you can’t go wrong. They know what they are doing when it comes to their sourdough bread. Get the Caesar salad and the stracciatella. For pizzas get the honey pepperoni pizza, the cacio e pepe (add pepperoni), and the bacon jam jalapeño. I’d love to come back to try the one with burrata.
For dessert we had the basque cheesecake and the tiramisu–get both if you can, you won’t regret it.
Walk ins only. When 2 of us came, we were sat immediately at the bar which was lovely. When 4 of us came, we waited about 1hr15 and got drinks at La Penultima down the street until they called us.
Absolutely loved my meal at Fidela. Artisanal Neapolitan pizza as fine as I could ask for. Atmosphere is sharp and fresh and service on point. This is a simple menu which is all you need when the pizza is amazing. I had a pepperoni pie. Could suit one person. The Ceasar salad was big, and tasty - a little over dressed for my palate. The tiramisu was lovely, light with gentle cream chocolate and coffee tones. The restaurant was packed on a random Wednesday night, what more do you need to know?
Outstanding pizza—easily some of the best I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The honey pepperoni and mushroom with lemon are must-tries. It’s a small spot with limited seating, so expect a wait, but you can add your name to the list and grab a drink at one of the nearby bars while you wait. Well worth it.
