Antonio and his amazing staff did a wonderful job updating all the electricity in our newly purchased 3bd/2bath. They also installed 3 ceiling fans, and a couple of lamps throughout the house. I could only say I felt very comfortable with his staff, and appreciated Antonio’s honesty and suggestion on how to do things around the apartment to save potential money. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with Antonio in the near future. They were always on time and they started there project right away. I am very happy and satisfied. Thank you again and again !!
Never wrote me a formal estimate even though I asked for it several times. Unprofessional. Messy. Bad communication between subcontractors and/or employees. Fixed one thing and ruined another. Had a short circuit in rooms of home that got fixed, but now a whole room without power, and lost use of a couple outlets where supposedly the short was. They refused to fix the room, wouldn't give me a quote to restore power to the room. At least they agreed to fix my toilet that they clogged with glass.
I had an emergency in my apartment, where several appliances were half-on and flickering, and others were completely off. I contacted Antonio, and they quickly went to check the problem. They had to fix several damaged parts in the counters. In addition to demonstrating great professionalism during the repair, they were very patient and understanding, as I had a complicated situation with my condominium management to complete the work. Even so, Wanda and Antonio offered me support and reassurance that they could complete the job. It's not always easy to find a company that acts with that level of commitment and professionalism, let alone one that is so agile. Thank you so much to the entire team!
I recently moved, and the electrical expert submitted an electrical certification to connect my electricity service. He told me the process would take 3 to 5 business days, and once Luma certified the certification, it would be delivered to me. The process took 3 days, and I was able to connect my electricity. I'm grateful for the service. I highly recommend them. 💯 Very responsible and fast. Very professional service, thank you.
