Best electrician I've ever met! Cesar checked out the entire layout of my home, identified everything and told me how it all connects together. Then he found the issue I called him about and fixed it. No issues since! Cesar was very thorough and skilled in his approach. He even found something that was overlooked by another electrician and could potentially be a problem in the future and fixed that. Great electrician + great personality. Will call him any time for any and all future needs.
