I called for an estimate for a water tank, and they told me they were closing and couldn't take my information, and that I should call the next day. I called the next day. I explained that I wanted an estimate for installing a water tank. They told me they would send it to me by email and didn't ask for my email address. Before hanging up, I asked the person if I wasn't going to write down my email address, and they said, "Oh, so what is it?" I gave it to them, and I didn't hear from them again. I don't know how they expected to give me an estimate without seeing the area where the work will be done, without knowing the amount of pipe needed, and the type of pump it requires.

I requested his services and he told me he couldn't make it that day and was busy. He told me how he could fix the problem and I did. I'm very grateful for his help.
