For a visit to see if they could do the job, they charged my grandmother $100 pesos. That's not done.

Terrible service, completely unprofessional, they understand that the clients are the ones who need them, not in the correct way that the business needs clients. Horrible service, completely unprofessional. They belive that the customers need them and that they don't need customers.

The prices are ridiculously high. They didn't fix any of the issues I called primarily about. I wanted to fix two specific issues, but once they arrived, they told me they didn't work with my type of showerhead, and I had already sent photos of my showerheads days before they arrived by the time I made the appointment. Finally, since I was here, I told them to replace a nozzle, and they ended up charging me $135 to replace a hose nozzle. One of those nozzles costs $10-$20... What's the other hundred or so for? In labor for a nozzle? I agree with the previous review. Excessive.

Excellent service, they resolved the issue the same day I called. Very responsible.

To put a plug in I charge $75. Extremely excessive in their prices.
