Eric and his team renovated our 80 yr old pool in Naguabo. It now looks beautiful! Eric is a man of his word, follows through, and sticks to the contract. Their craftsmanship and care was evident the whole time. Eric stays in constant communication as the project is unfolding. It's so stress-free when you find dependable, trustworthy services like Serenity Pools. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
Eric is a great guy
But he does not keep his word. A pool which he is now displaying, has lots of issues which he will not come and fix. He told us the pool would take 3 months to build and it was actually sort of completed in 3 years.
Sadly I cannot recommend him
On March 24/2021 a gentleman showed 2 hours late. Then, he said he would e-mail me pictures and an estimate.I texted him twice and I never heard from him again...
