Users and visitors of Pichea.app (application and website), by registering and/or browsing, consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with our policies.

Pichea.app considers the privacy of user information very important, which is why the necessary precautions and precautions are taken to keep it safe and secure, using modern digital security mechanisms.

To interact within Pichea.app (application or website), users must use a real or fictitious name that identifies them. Users will not have access to the personal information of other users, except the information related to their activities within Pichea.app. Users will have a personal password with which they can rate gastronomic establishments or post comments.

The user is responsible for all the acts carried out through the use of his name and password, which includes the damages that other users and/or gastronomic establishments that are harmed for this reason may suffer. If for any reason a user believes that someone may know his password, he must request its modification by sending an email to picheapp@gmail.com from the email account registered by the user in our database.

To make any changes to the information that was provided at the time of registration, an email must be sent to picheapp@gmail.com.

Pichea.app does not accept that users create accounts for another person without their authorization, use a username that is the name of another person with the intention of impersonating that person, use a username or account that is subject to the rights of a person other than the user without the corresponding authorization, or use an offensive, vulgar, obscene or illegal username.

Pichea.app reserves the right to deny the registration of a username, or cancel it, at its sole discretion. The user is solely responsible for the activity that takes place in his account and will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password. You should never use another user’s account without their prior express permission.

If the user uses a cell phone or mobile device, keep in mind that the provider’s usual rates and charges, such as text messages and data charges, will still apply.

WRONG USE

The Pichea.app Service contains content specifically provided by Pichea.app and is protected by copyright.

For all legal matters that arise in relation to the interpretation, execution and fulfillment of this agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the city of Morón, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them for any present or future reason.
