I reached out regarding a property rental they had listed. The lady who answered the phone was responsive & answered my questions. I applied for the apartment yet was told that I needed a co-signer as I was 24 years old & not 25. This seemed strange as the rent was around 8% of my income, I have good credit, a clean background, etc. They stated it was their policy. I understood and asked my mom to apply as well. Additionally, I was told after the application I would have a Zoom interview. After about a 2 week process, I received an email stating my application was denied. Never had the interview. I called as I was curious to know the reason for the determination. The lady told me a follow-up email would be sent with the details/reason for their decision. The lady added that they communicate these determinations by email. It’s been almost 3 weeks & I never received the email explaining their reasoning.
The apartment was clean and well kept when I received it. The administration team is friendly, highly professional, and quick to answer any questions I have.
