After purchasing a property that was represented by them they gave me incorrect keys. It took multiple attempts for them to get a locksmith out to the property and even that only got us keys for a single lock not the other 2 locks that we got incorrect keys for. After letting them know they indicated that they would do the other locks too, now not even answering their phone.
Not very responsive and their way of processing is oxymoronic. After I could not find an application on their website, I called. The lady I spoke to said we send all that information after you choose a house you like. I chose four houses and no call nor an email.
HORRIBLE . These people are the most unprofessional not to mention liars. Be very careful with this bunch. Best to find a reputable law firm to purchase property on island of Puerto Rico. Integrity, honesty and professional courtesy are hard to find there.
Don't waste your time calling this place. They will not give you any information on the properties. They won't post interior pictures and they won't send you any. Real estate agents in Puerto Rico are a bunch of greedy lazy liars.

5 years agoI lost my apartamento because they took 2 months to approve it with tons of documents.... It was just rent to own... Not a mortgage!!!!!
