Bought our beautiful condo through Ricardo Soto at Go Port Realty in 2016. Due to health reasons we again contracted Mr Soto to list our condo. It sold immediately! Both experiences with Go Port Realty was pleasant and professional. Would recommend their services to all.
We bought our first home in Puerto Rico 4 years ago and we were not sure what to expect with regards to our experience with a realtor or purchasing property in Puerto Rico. We contacted GoPort Realty and Ricardo and his wife, Gladys, were so helpful and professional. They presented us with different options and guided us through the entire process - even assisting with options on financing through different lenders. We never felt pressured and they made our first buying experience a joy!! Based on this experience, he is still our realtor of choice and we are currently looking to purchase other real estate properties through GoPort Realty!!! If you are looking for an honest and professional realtor - look no further!!!
Ricardo was the bkr on a purchase of a condo I purchased in Isabela. He was very professional, diligent, and very pivotal in getting deal done. I highly recommend him
They did an excellent job throughout the whole process; took care of all details and I showed up for the signature at the bank only. In my case it was very convenient. I highly recommend them.
