She is very knowledgeable and she made this process for me very smooth. She was very communicative during the entire process which I greatly appreciated. My house had some challenges and still was sold fast enough. Once the house was ready to be in the market the entire process of the selling lasted around two months and I got a great price for it. I am very pleased!
