More than grateful for the work done by the Realtor, Martinez, you are the best without your help and without your work this big dream of owning my own home would not have been achieved. Eternally grateful! Thank you thank you very much thank you
Completely disappointed.
Disappointed in Mrs. Martínez as a Realtor and as a human being.
My 84 year old father made a cash purchase from him.
After the closing, he did not give him keys to the property with the excuse that he had forgotten them and that he would deliver them later. A few hours later he sent an email charging $210 that was never mentioned and that he would not hand over the keys until the “amount owed” was settled, when the entire amount had already been paid in full. (All this after the closing of the property in question)
Mrs. Sugey Martínez wanted my elderly father to physically go to the bank hours after closing to have the manager's check he received for the purchase of the property cashed. (My father was not available to fulfill his request)
Additionally, the afternoon before closing he sent a document breaking down a series of checks that included: payment to the former owners, a POTENTIAL debt to the CRIM to “protect” my father, What 😮. However, in the aforementioned breakdown did you forget to mention the amount of your commission check? 🤔 Interesting.
According to Mrs. Martínez, the property was “clear” and free of liens. As we all know, for the process of selling a property to be completed, it must be clear to the CRIM.
It should be noted that the day before the closing, Mrs. Martínez mentioned that a “re-appraisal” of the property requested by the sellers was being conducted, which she was following up on. (It should be mentioned that 2 months earlier an appraisal had been completed and a price had already been agreed upon for said purchase.
At this point he was extremely disappointed with the way this process was handled. Unprofessional, lack of empathy towards the elderly, phantom last-minute fees never mentioned before and lack of professional ethics.
***For the record, from this moment on I make Mrs. Martinez responsible for what happens within my father's property since she is the one who has direct access to the property after said closure has been carried out and my father has NOT received the keys to it. ***
