Piramide Real Estate Brokers Urb Fairview B-7, Marginal de la PR, 199 Calle Reverendo Domingo Marrero Navarro, San Juan, Trujillo Alto 00926, Puerto Rico
My mother recently sold her apartment in Condado with the brokerage. They navigated a complicated scenario seamlessly surpassing all our expectations. They were also in constant communication to ensure we were up to date throughout the process. The team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction, even though she wasn't there for the closing. I'm extremely grateful for their professionalism and dedication.
I recently sold a home in Puerto Rico and they made the process very smooth and painless. Great communication, professionalism, and friendly agents. Windy was a great help to me. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Puerto Rico, I recommend Piramide!
This place needs to get their affairs in order. First property, took weeks to get a call back, finally saw it and had to harass the agency and relator over 3 months to get a second date to get it inspected. Now trying to get in touch about other properties to schedule viewings and keep getting the run around. They keep putting our number down several times, no call backs. Last time we finally got them on the line they straight up hung up on us and never answered the phone again. Far from professional.
Am buying a house thru them and they are very responsive, courteous , honest and very profesional. The Agent who am working with is Cinthia Lacayo and I Can say she is the creamed of the créeme, So her team should be good.
Worst experience ever...after numerous attempts FINALLY found someone (THE Manager) and made an appt ...15 minutes before the appt, the realtor assigned (Margilette) cancelled (over text) and never called back (cited having and asthma attack) I will definitely find a NEW realtor for the Carolina area considering the runaround this "company" gives you.
Whats the purpose of having a company if its employees are a complete and utter disappointment and a bunch of incompetent unprofessional idiots?
