PMI’s team is amazing, they were very responsive, flexible and attentive. The place was pristine and close to many restaurants and fun things to do. The communication throughout our stay was on point and very fast. Our family wants to thank the team for allowing us to have an amazing experience!
I paid on Monday first I paid $248 on the website then it instructed me to pay the cleaning fee at the apartments so I’m calling the lady to ask if someone will be able to make to transaction she told me and we have to do it online did it online she told me that they were having issues but in the end I paid the total fee and was given access to the room today now the 25th they charged me an additional $200 on my card and I’ve been calling both number for the past hour and no one is available or anything I do not recommend it was a headache dealing with that lady on Monday then today they stole my money and isn’t answering and on top of that the walls are leaking water when u turn the ac off is when u notice I turned the ac off for one night woke up and slipped on the water because the wall is literally leaking in both bedrooms the pain is peeling off
