Nitza is the best real estate agent, an excellent manager, and she gave us the best service we've ever had. She's a serious and very trustworthy person. If anything needs repairs or fixing, she responds immediately. I highly recommend her; you won't regret renting or buying any property from her. We are incredibly grateful to her for letting us one of her properties.
Honestly, the best experience as a tenant. Nitza and Juan were excellent landlords; they were always attentive to anything that needed to be done in the home and responded quickly to any communication. They are extremely kind and cooperative people; you can tell they are genuine in their desire to do the best for both the tenant and the property.
