Wish that there was a 0 star option. She had a supposedly inside man in a financial institution (Equity Mortgage). That person was actually her husband. She set up the contract so that the buy out was supposed to happen in 1 month. Obviously that didn’t happen. My employer did provide the information required in that short timeline. So because of that, my contract was over. That being said, she took for her self the $3,000 that I put down for the offer. Then, when I asked for my money back, she replied:
“Perfecto, ya nuestro Bufete está en conocimiento; las próximas comunicaciones serán estrictamente entre ellos máxime cuando me siento amenazada por su acoso e insinuaciones.
Sin otro particular, le pido encarecidamente que no altere más mi paz y tranquilidad por favor.”
All that because I ask for my money back because I did everything that I had to do in that short time, and that’s what the contract stated. But because my employer didn’t do it, then it’s my fault and she’ll take the 3k for her. Oh! And looks like she told the owner of the house to not talk to me. I could had bought the house with a different financial institution and with out her arrogant personality in the middle. So, if you want a profesional job and realistic standards in Puerto Rico, look for another person or stay away from the property’s she is selling.
