Real Estate licenses in Puerto Rico are not available to English only candidates. The owner / broker here confirmed that in so many words. I'm sure I wouldn't even trust anything written down here by government anyway. Will not be buying any expensive property while living here. Not a trustworthy country. Has defaulted on billions in muni bonds.

3 years agoAvoid Scam likely. So many great realtors I’m PUerto Rico. Ended up using Another great realtor to purchase in DBE.
