Ruby answered my call right away (turns out I was trying to text her office number) She was so patient with me (even when I called during breakfast) and answered all one million questions I asked. We got to the closing table in just 3 weeks! Her listings are marketed on multiple platforms. Professional, patient, communicative and kind. Gracias a ella cumpli mi sueño!

Excellent customer service. I have to say that we had a great experience with this company. We purchased a home in Mayagüez cash. We never met the Realtor but had a great experience with Omayra Quintana, the Real Estate Agent. I appreciated the fact that they have the MLS listings available on their website. Other Real Estate companies in Puerto Rico do not provide this service. They also have their company listings on their website. Which many companies in Puerto Rico don't even have online. Other comments on here about them being a fraudulent company is false! We purchased though them and everything was above board and they followed all real estate laws. We recently received our Official Property tax statement for this year and next. We have nothing but praise for this company. Yes, the process is slow here, compared to the US. Yes it takes a bit longer for people to call you back. But please be patient. 🙂
This lady must be a scam or fraud! Never did see the rental property at Villas De Campo Mar. Never spoke on the phone. Also, what is with her listings that state, "not actual photos of unit."?
Do not do business, something is wrong!
UPDATE: After I posted this review I received 3 emails and 1 phone call and my daughter received 4 phone calls. Not one time when we returned the phone calls did anyone answer.
Once again Ruby refused to meet me at Villas De Campo Mar and kept telling me someone named Omayra would meet me yet never would give a time to meet. As I told Ruby, I want to meet her.
Ruby kept lying in the emails and wanted this review removed.
I'm taking this to the police as whomever this is is collecting financial information and is fraudulent.
