TC Villas

We had the most amazing week at Impulse Beach Villa. Our large group of 18 had more than enough room and every amenity you could hope for. The home, the beach, the staff (James in particular) were wonderful. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back. TC Villas was very easy to work with and very communicative. Don’t hesitate, book the trip!

Finishing up our week at Miami Vice 2 as I type this now. The weather has been wonderful and Julian our point of contact was been good. We explored the island and all of the fantastic food it has to offer. It’s definitely worth renting a car. We stayed with TC Villas last year on Grace Bay and it was great. The only negative is they need to include a picture of this trashy boat that sits in front of your beautiful view of the ocean every day. They did request it be moved, which was denied by the boat owner. We had a lot of different options with places to stay and would’ve stayed elsewhere knowing this would be our view.

Absolutely loved staying at Caicos Cay villa, it was stunningly beautiful with the views of Chalk Sound. Villa had everything we needed and very comfortable. One of the best features was the outdoor shower off the main suite. I can't wait to come back someday!

Absolutely amazing time at 55 Coconut Rd, Villa Sandpiper. TC Villas is the best! We felt safe with an alarm system and gated entry. The house had backpack chairs, sunscreens, an umbrella and a cooler so were able to pack and go explore all the beaches. Snorkeling right in your backyard is priceless because you don’t have to pay for an excursion.

We have used TC Villas for multiple bookings and will continue to do so for our trips to Turks and Caicos. The communication and hospitality are excellent from the booking process, arrival details, the stay and departure. We booked Miami Vice One for the second time and it won't be our last. This villa is located in the much quieter area of chalk sound and away from the hotel zone located on Grace Bay. It's located on the water right between my two favorite beaches, Sapodilla and Taylor Bay, where the water is calm and beautiful as far as you can see. My wife and I always enjoy a nice walk in the mornings before packing a cooler and heading to the beach, each (sapodilla and Taylor) only about 1/4 mile away. Once we have had enough beach time for the day we head back to the house and relax by the private pool. The house offers multiple paddle boards as well as clear bottom kayaks to enjoy which are located down by the water that only Miami Vice One and Two have access to. Additionally, you can pack up and take a short walk in the less than waist high water to a secluded small beach just to the right of the villa when looking at the water. A perfect spot to enjoy a day without anyone else around. We just returned home and are already planning our return. Book the house and enjoy the stay. It's worth it.
