Great fresh seafood and reasonable price. The food was good. We came back a couple times.
Shrimps here taste fresh and are great quality. I’m from a seaport town so I can always tell when the seafood place is serving poor quality seafood. We tried two different kids of fishes here so far and they have not tasted fishy at all. The fish we ordered was a little tough and overcooked. We actually saw a chef recheck the ticket, say “shit”, put back the fish in the oven while he remade the sauce. And the server brought that very dish to us. I recommend the shrimp dishes over other dishes.
Came here after a recommendation from my hotel, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered one fish taco to try and the fried red snapper with tostones. The fish taco was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The snapper took a little while to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. I sat at the bar, and the service was amazing — super friendly and attentive, in both English and Spanish. Great experience overall.

We didn’t need reservations and were seated right away.
This is seafood and meat. Very little for a vegetarian. But a few choices. I had the vegetable mofongo. A cheese empanada. A passion fruit mojito. Bottled water. My husband had oysters, which were from Boston. Go figure. Horseradish sauce served with it was bland. Blue Moon beer. If you know anything about the beer it’s served with an Orange. This was served with a bit of Orange juice in the glass. That’s a new one. Not fresh squeezed either. I also order truffle fries which were good. My husband had Mahi Mahi with capers and a lemon sauce. I’m not sure I’d come again. I’d rather try the other restaurants. Parking is valet or if you’d like to fund street parking you can. The area looks a bit sketchy to some I would say. I’m not intimidated but I think some might be.
Try it. If you love seafood or meat, you’ll love this
More vegetarian options would be appreciated. Even the rice and beans had meat.
The fried grouper was very good. Sold by the pound. The fish tacos were alright. Had a sports bar vibe. Menu was a QR code and all in Spanish. That took a few minutes to translate.
We’re so glad we discovered this place! We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and the restaurant was conveniently within walking distance. If you're looking for excellent seafood, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch customer service, this spot is a must-visit.
I even noticed the staff showing another table fresh fish to select from—an impressive touch of authenticity. For starters, my wife and I shared the deep-fried shrimp, which were perfectly cooked. Our server went above and beyond to ensure our meals were just right and offered thoughtful recommendations.
I chose the grilled pork chops served with rice, beans, avocado, and sweet plantains. While I regularly enjoy this type of cuisine, the seasoning was exceptional—so much so that I might have to rethink my go-to spots. My wife ordered the chicharrón de pollo with rice and beans, and she absolutely loved it.
We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re bringing the kids!
