They do the job of sealing the roof super fast, however, if you want them to honor a guarantee they won't solve it for you, I have called more than 6 occasions in which they always tell me that they are going to come and they never arrive. The worst service, I paid dearly compared to the estimates they had given me thinking I would have a good guarantee service and it has been a nightmare.

9 months agoThey're slow to honor warranties. You have to call them weekly, and it's always the same excuse.
