Eduardo is a fraud. He and his workers did not apply the product correctly the first time then complained they used more material than quoted. I sympathized with his misapplication and gave him additional funds. Eduardo swore He is a professional and would do the second job better. He asked for a deposit for materials and has since disappeared. Since this has happened i have spoken to several suppliers and distributors who have said this is not uncommon on how eduardo conducts business. I will now be filing with the police for theft of funds.
