The technition came to my home saw the roof and I relied on his word and commitment that he would submit an estimate for the work necessary to fix my roof. To my own detriment, I relied on his word and did not seek any other estimates.
I called the tec several times requesting the estimate. The tec never answered my calls nor did he ever submit the estimate.
Almost two weeks later, the tec did not even have the courtesy to call me personally. Instead he had the secretary call to let me know that they are not doing wooden roof for the moment because, they had acquired several large contracts to fix cement roofs.
If this tec acts this unprofessional in his client relations, can't imagine how unprofessional the quality of his work might be.
Guess I avoided a disaster.
