My experience with For Roofing Contractors was fantastic. Chris, sale consultant is professional, polite, and dependable. From my initial phone call for an estimate to final walk-through, he was responsive to all my questions and concern. The workers showed up on time and even on raining days. There were times due to harsh weather they had to stop, if time permitted once the rain stops they would commence working. The crew did an excellent job they took their time carefully repairing all the cracks and damages to the roof. The roof now looks beautiful. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up immaculately afterwards. As an experience property manager, I can be demanding and expect professionalism. Chris is a good listener and is flexible. He used the silicone product that I recommended without hesitation. The roof repair was for my mother who lives in Puerto Rico, and I live in Florida. I was able to monitor the work from Florida. He contacted me through WhatsApp, send pictures of the work and text me updates. I had gotten four proposals to repair and seal the roof. For Roofing Contractors had the best price, reviews, and 20 years of experience. They provided me copies of their insurance and license. They warrantied the work for 10-year and inspections every 2 years. After the work was completed, they provide me with a certificate of the roof waterproofing system. I highly recommend them for repairing and waterproofing your roof. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work and the price.
Very good work. It gave me peace of mind to hire a company with many years of experience and duly registered with DACO. As with any job, some disagreements arose, but none went unresolved, as all my calls were answered with great care and resolved promptly. Cristian Collazo's guidance and support throughout the process was excellent.
Very professional and excellent work. They were always available to address any issues that arose. They worked quickly on sealing the roof and then quickly made additional repairs that were separate from the original contract.
