WOW!! I'm so impressed by the work done by Wellington and his team at Imperial. Very professional, expedient, and accommodating. I called before 8 am for a quote and would you believe that they answered my call? Not only did they answer but I was expecting them to schedule me for the quote in a few weeks. NOPE! They came out the same day! But wait! That's not all. When Wellington gave me my quote, told him to go ahead and schedule. Again, I was waiting for him to tell me in a few weeks. Not at all my friends, he came out the very next day! Mind you, this house is a distance from Mayaguez. I've added some before and after pictures so you don't just take my word for it. I am never going to call anyone else for this type of work. I wish every business was run like this. Thank you Imperial!
My husband and I chose Imperial after buying a new home, and we were on a tight time frame. I spoke with Johan on a Tuesday, and he had a tech out for an estimate the next day. Wellington was polite and professional, answering all of our questions. We agreed to their reasonable price to repair, treat and seal our roof and work began the next day. While the initial estimate was three days, heavy daily rain extended the work a few extra days. Because the rain put them behind, the team worked every day, including Sunday to get the job done as quickly as possible. Johan kept in touch and updated me. We’re quite happy with the outcome of the completed work and would absolutely recommend Imperial Roofing.
Imperial roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I was very impressed with their work standards. They were very professional, hard-working and punctual. They explained every step of the process while sending me photos and videos. I will recommend them to anyone.
The most reliable, professional company I've dealt with in years! Would definitely recommend them.
This company is GREAT! Not only did they do a fabulous job, but they actually found me someone to do some other jobs that I needed done (that they don't do) and I was having a tough time finding anyone.
P.S. Removed one star because I found out months later that they removed the screws that bolt down the A/C units to the roof and never replaced them. Had to have them come fix it (so as to not void the warranty) and they charged me. So just do a double check of everything when they're "done".
I saw the reviews and called. They were responsive and came out the same day for estimate. They started work 24 hours later. The room was in bad shape, they were professional, showed up on time, and did the repairs as promised. I would trust and recommend them to anyone.
