My husband and I had an amazing dinner at Cayo Blanco in San Juan — hands down one of the best meals we’ve had! I ordered the crab cake and halibut, and it was absolute heaven. Perfectly seasoned, beautifully cooked — just melt-in-your-mouth delicious. My husband had the octopus and swordfish and my God… chef’s kiss! Everything from the flavors to the presentation was on point. Great vibe, great service, and unforgettable food. If you’re in San Juan, do yourself a favor and make a reservation!
Unsure why this establishment is only 4.3 stars currently.. the food here was amazing. We dined in, ordered the halibut filet & pasta mare - both were amazing! We also had espresso martinis, mojitos, and sangria - also delicious. The service was worth every star available as they were friendly, inviting, knowledgeable about their menu and bar options.
This nice little restaurant offers really good food. The mussels alone made me view mussels differently all together. Probably the best I ever had! I ordered the seafood paella and my wife order the lobster and rice and beans. Both meals were really good.
Just had an incredible dinner at Cayo Blanco, right across from the Condado Vanderbilt in San Juan. This unassuming gem, with only about 10 tables, delivers outstanding food and service. The seafood chowder was delicious, while my friends raved about the paella, kan kan pork chop, and whole fried snapper—all delicious! You must try the chicharrón appetizer! It is the best I've ever eaten, anywhere. The bartender was top-notch, out server was super efficient and friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the excellent quality. Highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable meal!
Delicious! My red snapper was amazing.
Ask for the lemon butter sauce to pair with it. I also enjoyed how the waiters/waitresses all played a part in ensuring our comfortability in having what we needed no matter who it was. I ended the night with the biggest espresso martinis & tres leches I’ve ever seen. Definitely will venture back
