I don't know Mr. Verdejo, but after I asked if they were a dealer, he abruptly told me to look up information on their website. I called him, identified myself, and he hung up on me. Then he texted me to call a competitor. He wasn't professional at all; he was doing me a favor. Ultimately, the quality of service is what sets us apart.
I had an alarm with a company that goes out of its way and the service was a nightmare. I changed to alpha one and they are the complete opposite in service.
