Casa de Amistad

Could not have picked a better place to stay for our Honeymoon! The beautiful photos don’t even do it justice-such a gorgeous and comfortable place. Angie the manager was the SWEETEST person and gave us a bottle of bubbly and flowers to celebrate! At check in, she showed us around, talked us through an island map of the best spots, and had great recommendations throughout the stay. There is a communal kitchen, living room, pool area, and little rooftop. Free coffee and tea available! Convenient location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the ferry.

We had an unforgettable stay at Casa de Amistad. Mike and John went above and beyond; giving us thoughtful and tailored recommendations. Conveniently located close to the ferry, delicious restaurants, and the beautiful sea glass beach. Bed was very comfortable, and the guest house came with many amenities, such as morning coffee, a kitchen, a pool and garden, and a shower available for use post check in. Could not recommend more highly!

We had the best time at Casa de Amistad! We had settled on a visit to VQS but hadn't done any research on what to visit/how to get around the island. When we got there (a very short walk from the ferry terminal) Megan was super kind and helpful, and gave us a map with all the info we'd possibly need to enjoy our stay on the island (and we did!). The facilities are great - good wifi on site, parking in the back for your rental, free iced coffee, a fantastic shared kitchen, plus amazing rooms! They also have chairs/coolers/towels to borrow for your beach days. Cannot recommend this place enough - we extended our stay an extra day because we loved it so much and they were happily accommodating. Gracias Megan and Angie, can't wait to visit again.

From first booking the hotel and calling to ask questions the warm staff and welcoming environment of this hotel was a fantastic choice for Vieques. Megan and Angie were so kind and knowledgeable and our stay so comfortable and just so fun. What a special place:)

Could not recommend this guesthouse more!! A MUST for your Vieques trip. Mike and John provide exceptional hospitality, including sitting down with you when you arrive to help plan your stay on the island and share their favorite spots. It's a perk to have a pool as well as the rooftop, and the space was clean, well air conditioned, and very welcoming. A great location in walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and two panaderias, with easy parking on the street and in designated spots behind the house, and felt safe/secure.
