I must agree that this place is poorly managed. We travelled overseas and wanted to get a pair of shoes on the trip. The manager who had just come in to his shift it seemed, thought it was a good idea to make an example of employee in front of us. Two stars only because she was really trying to assist before we decided to leave.

Do y’all ever pickup the phone?

HORRIBLE!!! These people are the worst ever. Such bad experience at this store. They would not help us and the store was poorly managed. Someone needs to shut this horrible disgusting business down.
