This place is pure magic. We came by coincidence, leaving Puerto Rico without stopping here IS A MISTAKE, this place is a must.
Jivette made us feel at home. She led our 3 hrs workshop to make our very own shoes. Her touch, her humor, her enthusiasm was unmatched and it wouldn’t have been the same without her. Each of the sales associates/artists Jiji, Samira, Isabela make this shop a pure magical EXPERIENCE.
Champagne, shoes, laughs thank you for making our time unforgettable. My vision for my shoes came to life with her so I will forever cherish them

This handmade sandal espadrille store in San Juan is absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship is beautiful, the designs are unique, and every piece feels like a true work of art. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everything here radiates beauty. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend stopping by Hand Made Puerto Rico in OSJ. The espadrilles are BEAUTIFUL and are 100% hand made by the talented ladies who work there. I was able to meet Jivett, Isa, and Samira and had a wonderful time making my first pair of espadrilles. I joined the espadrille making workshop led by Jivett (I signed up for the class on the same day). We had SO much fun and I learned SO much! My espadrilles are gorgeous! I'm very happy. This experience is so worth it!
I ADORE this store!! I knew I would when I saw it the first time at night. THERE’S SO MANY CHOICES!!! I had to stay calm and focus. 🤭 I received the absolute best help from Dollie! She’s super helpful, generous of her time and offers opinions when asked to assist. The shoes are well made and very comfortable. I bought both pairs in my photo plus two extra ribbons to change the look. Dollie was very humble and was grateful for the tip. She was superb!!! I can’t wait to return on my next trip to the Island!🏝️ 💗
