Snorkeling with Rafael at Tamarindo Beach was amazing! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel safe the entire time. Swimming alongside sea turtles and exploring colorful coral reefs was truly unforgettable. Rafael’s passion for the ocean and Culebra made the experience even more special. Highly recommend as this was a highlight of our trip!

Highlight of the Trip! If you are thinking about it Just Do it! We had Rafi (guide) all for our self since the other group canceled and it was so perfect. He was very informative about all we where seeing, we snorkeled all over the bay and saw so much sea life. The weather had called for 94% rain but for our luck there was an overcast but no rain. We will be recommending him to all our friends. Oh! one last thing... Get the picture package.

I’ve always dreamed of swimming with sea turtles, but I never imagined the trip my partner and I went on today would be this amazing! Rafael was incredibly kind, welcoming, and shared so many interesting facts along the way. We got to experience the magic of the ocean up close—swimming alongside turtles, spotting colorful fish, lobsters, and beautiful corals. I’m beyond happy we chose this tour, and I can’t recommend swimming with Rafael enough!

To get to this island called Culebra , you need to purchase a ticket for the ferry that leaves in certain times. Book ahead of time and arrive an hour early, as parking is hard to find, we had to walk half a mile to the Ferry entry. When you arrive on Culebra Island, find and take a taxi to Flamenco Beach. (10 min drive) A full day event will be plenty. Grab beach essentials & Snorkeling mask because the coral reefs are a must see. Lots of food and drink places on this island, but limited near this beach. We came after a storm so the beaches were full of sea weed which wasn’t an issue but the water was warm and really clear. P.S If you walk left few hundred yards, you will see the famous painted tank!

This was the most amazing vacation thanks to Rafy! He is so knowledgeable about the sea life and was great at showing us the perfect spots to see some amazing animals! This guided tour with him was worth every penny. We might go again before we leave. Best guide in Culebra for sure! As an added bonus after the tour he told us some great spots to eat and hang out later that night. Thank you Rafy for the most amazing snorkeling experience in my life and for making my anniversary extra special!
