Great snorkel tour! We saw three manatees, quite a few sea turtles, it was magical, and the guide brought up a starfish, urchin, and conch for us to look at. You do swim for about 1.5 hours, so it’s well worth the price and you see A TON of sea life. I was really impressed with the guiding as well, Jon was great with pointing out where to look, finding different sea creatures.
This was my first time snorkeling and I think it was beginner-to-snorkeling-friendly, the guide showed us (while still in waist deep water) how to use the equipment and was a great teacher. You should already know how to swim.
Luis, Sal & John were so much fun. John was our tour guide he did a great job of showing us where the sea creatures were. We saw 1 manatee, a bunch of sea turtles. I recommend going to these guys anytime they were wonderful. It was raining when we went.… So when we were about to leave, Sal called me personally and asked if we still wanted to keep our tickets or come another day. Even with the rain, it was such a fun time. I recommend going through these guys! You’ll have such a blast
We booked a snorkel tour with Sal and were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, the waters were choppy on the day of our tour, and we were a bit concerned about going out. Sal immediately understood our concerns and without hesitation, offered a 100% refund—no hassle, no pressure.
What really stood out was that, even after the refund, he still offered us a complimentary shot and gave us some great local recommendations to make the most of our day. That kind of genuine hospitality and care is rare.
Even though we didn’t get to snorkel this time, we left feeling like we were treated with respect and kindness. We’ll absolutely be booking with Sal again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!
10000/5 stars if i could 🙌🏽🙌🏽 had a great experience, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, made sure ur okay the whole swim. definitely not for weak swimmers, you go against the waves at some point so take heed if ur not that good. if you can though definitely don’t miss out on the chance to swim with manatees and turtles and everything else
We went there last Christmas and had a great time. Saw bunch of manatees, even a baby one! The owner Sal was a great! Quick tip: walk up to their tent you’ll get a much better deal than you could get from online booking sites!
