Zen Spa Too for teens & tweens

Amazing experience to be honest. The staff here are really nice. If you come here definitely look for Yarielis and Talesky they’re super good at what they do as well as forming conversations with the kids and making them feel comfortable! They do manicures, pedicures, and facials. Would come back here again.

The place is lovely! The staff was very friendly with the girls and make them feel special. They had a lot of fun in a safe and beautiful place. 100% recommended!

The experience for the girls was wonderful! However the downfall came when it was time to leave. The employee didnt check the certificate right and made a scene infron of the people of the people I had invited for my kids birthday that I had to pay. I am very dissappointed it was super uncomfortable. I feel very embarrassed

If negative stars were possible that is what I would give. The personnel at Zen Spa Guaynabo were rude and unprofessional. The employee left for 35 minutes while providing a service. No one came to explain what had happened. Then she came back and said she would not be performing the service for me and my friend). The manager gave us a bunch of unnecessary explanations. Then brought an admin to perform the service and offered 1 service instead of two. The employee was clearly not a professional. I ended up bleeding, she started painting my nails without confirming that was the right polish and took forever making us late for our next service which we were taking together. So my friend on her birthday sat there an hour doing nothing for a service she did not take and management had the audacity to say that we would not be reimbursed or given a certificate to take the service at a later date. Then proceeded to charge the extra fees for the gel polish. DO NOT COME HERE. It is not relaxing and we had a terrible time when this was supposed to be a Spacation. Honestly the services could not have been worst.

This was my first time in the place and since I arrived everything went wrong. The lousy attention and with the highest degree of disorganization that you can imagine. Instead of feeling tranquility and serenity, they made sure that everything happened in an accelerated and uncomfortable way. In addition, the experience during the couple's massage was uncomfortable since they did not follow what was requested as a client and after having scheduled the service almost 2 months in advance, they also misrepresented everything. The collection system is lousy and the disrespect leading to believe that the service was not paid was even worse by providing evidence of payment. This without going into detail that they told my service partner that it was supposed to be a surprise gift. Don't waste your money.
