They took measurements for my overcoat, the best man's, and my partner's. When I went to find the clothes, my partner's overcoat was unstitched at the bottom with threads hanging off. They gave me my shirt so small the top button didn't even close (I had to go out and buy another one at the Mayaguez Mall and they told me they wouldn't give me a refund for the one that didn't fit). They gave the best man's overcoat with shorter-than-usual sleeves. They charged me for a dress button, and then it didn't appear on the receipt, and they wouldn't give it to me, if not for one of the employees they called who remembered the dress button. A complete disaster and poor coordination. In the end, after having discussed all of this with the store in San Sebastian, they said they would give me a refund for the shirt. I will never return to that store, neither to buy nor rent. Total nightmare.
